The staff here were really friendly and helpful, and we had a great view from our double room with a hot shower in the bathroom for one night.

Extremely comfy bed, particularly good bathroom and central heating and multi-channel TV in the room. Paid usd 49. Absolutely gorgeous views in a favourable location very close to the bus stop to go up to Machi Picchu. And very close to Urubamba river, Machu Pichu bus terminal and ticket counter and many restaurants.

Quirky spot! We had a great time staying here, and the location was awesome right next to a waterfall. 🌈

The ambience of the hotel is quiet and the staff is really helpful. They offer big rooms. Nice touch to have central heating and multi-channel TV. All in all they offer good service.

We loved how conveniently close this hotel was to the bus stop, making it easy to get to Machu Picchu. The location next to the river was also a nice touch, and we appreciated being able to hear the sound of the water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a sack breakfast and even a heater for our room. Despite being so close to the train station, we found that this hotel was generally quiet and peaceful.
Nothing, all excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed and escorted from the train station. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus station for our trip to Machu Picchu. Despite being near the railway, the calming sound of the river helped us sleep soundly. The room was clean and odor-free, with comfortable beds and plenty of warm blankets. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options including cheese and ham. our experience at Hostal La Payacha was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For the price we paid, it offered great value for money. The location right by the railways was actually a plus, as it gave us a unique experience of being close to the train and enjoying the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a bagged lunch and allowing us to store our bags while we explored. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the ones with three beds, which were perfect for our group. Additionally, the breakfast included was a nice touch.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was amazing! the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious and included two complementary facts that made our stay more enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the view of the river was breathtaking and the sound was quite soothing. We also enjoyed the fact that we could leave our bags at the hotel while we explored the town.
The room was quite small and the noise from the raging river and trains passing by kept us up at night. the lack of hot water in the bathroom made showering a bit unpleasant.

The location, right by the railways, was perfect for catching the bus up to Machu Picchu. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing me with a bagged lunch and allowing me to store my bags while I explored. The rooms were spacious and clean, with three beds and a view overlooking the river. The value for money was excellent, with basic amenities provided. The only downside was that the breakfast could have had a wider selection, but given the price I paid, I can't complain.
All was well, no improvements needed.

The hotel offered a good value for its price and location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the bus stop and train station. the breakfast was decent and contributed nicely to our experience on Christmas day.
The hotel was a bit old and outdated. The rooms could have used some sprucing up and modernization.

The hotel is located very close to the rail line, train station, and the buses to Machu Picchu, which are great advantages if you are planning to explore the area. You can also enjoy the sound of a nearby waterfall. The rooms are small but clean, and some of them have a beautiful view of the river. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is decent.
The hotel is invaded by mosquitoes, and they don't provide any mosquito repellent.
